End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and SS.live, owned and operated by Sudharshan S ("Owner"), for the use of the website and services provided at sudharshans2009.live ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.



1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, SS.live grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or professional purposes. This license does not grant you ownership of any content, code, or intellectual property on the Service.



2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
    • Transfer or sublicense your rights under this Agreement to any third party.



3. Ownership

All content, designs, code, and intellectual property on the Service are the exclusive property of Sudharshan S. This includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, logos, and software. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.



4. Updates and Modifications

The Owner reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. This Agreement will apply to any updates or modifications unless accompanied by a separate agreement.



5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Owner may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and destroy any copies of its content in your possession.



6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. The Owner does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.



7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.



8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed following the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sudharshan S operates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
